I have the right to reject an order for any reason, if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.
I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited. You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT. Claiming the artwork as your own is considered copyright infringement.
I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.
Commissions may be used by me for my shop as I see fit. I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.
Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, if you give credit @apprentice_raccoon
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

You can modify your commission at any time before I start working on the piece. You can upgrade or include additional add ons simply by paying the difference.
You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned model included in the price after I started working on your project.
Once I start working on the model, some changes become much more difficult to make. The changes after the 3 free require additional fees, or a new commission.
Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

Payment is via PayPal only and must be paid before I start working.
If for any reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying, then you will be refunded 100% in case I have not yet started working on your project. If I have already started, you will be refunded 50%.
If I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all and cancel your order, you will receive a 100% refund.
Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees.
Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.

Note that there is no physical product.
The time required to complete your order varies from 1 week to 1 month depending on factors such as health, complexity of the model ordered and other work.
If I ever fall behind on your project for one reason or another, you will be informed.
